Responsibilities: Lead mechanical building services design and project delivery. Mentor junior engineers and supervise their work. Use CAD and BIM (Revit) to model and design systems. Conduct mechanical design calculations and produce drawings, specifications, and reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors. Support construction stage activities, including site inspections.
Requirements: Mechanical building services design experience (consultant or contractor). Relevant degree or higher qualification (HNC/HND acceptable). Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) Engineer status achieved or in progress. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
