INDSS Sales Consultant North & East London | On-Site | 5 Days Per Week A well-established North & East London estate agency with 19 years in the market is hiring a Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team. This is not a "sit and wait" role. You'll be trusted to manage listings, negotiate deals, and deliver measurable results — with full team support behind you. The Role Conducting viewings and converting enquiries into offers Managing vendor relationships and providing structured feedback Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion Generating new instructions through proactive outreach Working closely with marketing and a dedicated sales progressor Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking Salary & Commission Basic salary - dependent on experience Pooled monthly commission structure (shared across the team) The more you contribute, the larger your share Bonus incentives and performance rewards (Full commission breakdown shared at application stage.)
