We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to take the reins of a dynamic kitchen within a stylish hotel in Buckinghamshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a food offering that delights both restaurant guests and conference & banqueting clients alike while driving the business towards its full commercial potential.
As Head Chef, you will be the creative and operational force behind the kitchen. You'll deliver consistently high-quality, modern dishes, elevate the dining experience, and ensure seamless service across both à la carte and large-scale events. You will lead, motivate, and develop a talented kitchen team, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service. The Head Chef will also work closely with senior management to maximise sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career or a seasoned Head Chef to take the reins, inspiring and developing a talented team and crafting unforgettable dining experiences for their guests. You'll have the creative freedom to design exciting menus, source the finest ingredients, and elevate the hotel's current strong reputation for great food.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for food, a keen eye for detail, as well as strong leadership skills and experience with kitchen management. You will also have previous C&B experience and a commitment to excellence.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure and a positive attitude is a must!
