First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Talent Team Coordinator to join their team in Bristol.
The Talent Coordinator assists with the operational talent function, which is a stream of the wider People team. This role will be based in our client’s Bristol office, with regular trips to the London office.
The responsibilities include ATS use, onboarding and right to work processes, policy and help guide administration, HRIS upkeep and reporting, and championing our client’s culture and values. The Coordinator will primarily support the Talent Team, assisting with the Talent inbox and supporting requests directed to the team.
This is a maternity cover for one year; however, depending on various factors, there is a potential for it to become permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Updating and amending our client’s databases, schedules, and property management systems with regularity and consistency, including site and contact information & audit templates.
2. Performing general administrative duties to support the team and, if required, the wider business, including correspondence (written, verbal, electronic, or paper), and taking and circulating minutes and notes of meetings.
3. Assisting with and completing various client and management reports, including presenting these reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc), ensuring compliance with legislative requirements such as sustainability, health and safety, and compliance.
4. Managing People Team Systems, including ATS, LMS, HRIS, Performance Management, and other systems and workflows.
5. Supporting the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes with hiring managers and agency partners, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
6. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to align with the employer brand, ensuring the presentation of suitable candidates in terms of values, culture, capability, and skills. This includes managing all communication, selection, rejection processes, interview setup, and feedback.
Skills and Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
