What are the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative?

Our team focuses on generating new business and expanding existing accounts through outbound sales activities. This includes identifying potential clients and initiating contact via phone, email, and social media. The role involves account management and building strong client relationships.

The core responsibilities include:

* Placing 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate sales processes.
* Managing and maintaining client relationships.
* Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
* Continuous prospecting using LinkedIn, Discover.org, and other data sources.
* Booking meetings with qualified prospects via email and social media.

What we look for:

* Native or fluent German speaker.
* Previous sales experience preferred.
* Embodies core values: curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness, resilience.
* Strong communication skills (written, verbal, phone).
* IT proficiency.
* Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
* Organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
