What You Will Be Doing
In this varied, hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining high workmanship standards across:
* Advanced Diagnostics: Electrical fault-finding and complex troubleshooting.
* Major Mechanical Work: Engine repairs, cambelts, clutches, and gearbox work.
* Chassis & Safety: Suspensions, brakes, and precision servicing.
* Classic Care: Maintaining and repairing heritage vehicles with a focus on detail.
* Team Collaboration: Supporting a small, highly skilled workshop team.
About You
* Experience: Proven track record in a professional workshop or garage.
* Specialism: Comfortable with both modern diagnostics and traditional mechanical repairs.
* Mindset: High attention to detail and a genuine pride in "doing the job right."
* Reliability: A team player who can also work independently on complex projects.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
