Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships in the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-$bn Tax SaaS provider is a recognized name in the industry, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. It provides a cutting-edge, fully cloud-based solution embedded in major ERP providers. As Sales Director, you will lead and coach a team of 3, with a unique opportunity to sell to ERP clients through your contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, their partners, and clients.
The Strategy behind the Role:
Ideally based with a strong contact base in Oracle’s sales teams and Oracle partners. You’ll hunt deals around them, selling Enterprise Tax determination to these clients. Alternatively, you should have a strong ERP Financials orientation to sell Tax solutions into this client base and network effectively in this space and at a fast pace.
Leverage relationships with Oracle Sales Executives and Oracle Partner Sales Executives to generate leads and accelerate deals from initiation to close in the UK & I.
Target deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale, supported by a multi-$bn business.
Develop a team focused on specific ERP Providers to foster enterprise deals in this space.
Report to SVP level and lead from the front to promote a hunter culture.
Location: South East England – primarily London, or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Your Background:
Over 10+ years in senior sales roles, with a proven track record in closing enterprise deals in markets between $500 million and $3 billion.
Expertise in ERP Financials Solutions, with deep knowledge of Oracle (and ideally SAP) partner ecosystems. Experience leading a team and familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar, especially within the UK&I territory.
As a hands-on Sales Director, you will build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists in different ERP Providers to sell this third-party Tax SaaS offering, enabling the Finance Office to automate global tax processes.
Capable of selling Tax or E-invoicing solutions into clients with major ERP systems requiring automation.
Ideally:
You possess a network of Oracle and Partner contacts to develop a robust deal pipeline.
Background in selling Tax SaaS or E-invoicing Solutions is advantageous, but ERP solutions experience is essential.
