SEND Learning Support Assistant - Braintree
Salary: £90 - £110 per day (Weekly Pay)

The Role
* Inclusion Support: Assist students with SEND (including ADHD, Autism, and Speech & Language needs) to engage with their lessons.
* Behaviour Mentoring: Work with students who face social and emotional challenges, helping them stay on track and build confidence.
* Collaboration: Partner with classroom teachers to modify learning materials and ensure every student feels included.
* Personal Development: Run small-group interventions to improve literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
The Requirements
* Experience: Background in youth work, care, sports coaching, or education is preferred.
* Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and a high level of resilience.
* Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with students who may have complex needs.
* Commitment: Available for full-time hours (Mon-Fri) during term time.
* DBS: Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
