What you’ll do
* Manage and optimize the entire supply chain – from inventory planning to dispatch
* Set up and improve processes around forecasting, stock rotation, availability, and cash flow
* Coordinate warehouse operations in collaboration with logistics, marketing, B2B, and product teams
* Oversee multi-warehouse management across CZ, EU, UK, USA, and Asia
* Negotiate with suppliers and manage their performance
* Lead a team and drive data‑driven decision‑making
* Bring new ideas to increase stock turnover and reduce inventory without losing availability
Who we’re looking for
* Experienced professional from FMCG / retail / e‑commerce, ideally with a background in food
* Understands inventory management, forecasting, cash flow, and supply‑chain cost control
* Has experience in leading people and building scalable processes
* Fluent in English for daily communication (B2–C1)
* Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset
* Thinks in connections: profitability – stock – availability – growth
