This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Product Manager looking for real purpose, autonomy, and the chance to shape a product that genuinely makes a difference. You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role at an exciting time — helping to evolve a product used across education, workplace wellbeing, NHS trusts, and social care teams. What you’ll be doing: You’ll lead one of the company’s core product areas, which is the first interaction for many users and key to long-term engagement. Working closely with design, engineering and QA, you’ll drive roadmap development, discovery, and delivery, with a strong focus on experimentation, user insight, and impact. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll contribute to wider team motivation and have the chance to influence innovation around AI, accessibility, and inclusive design. You’ll be part of a thoughtful, purpose-led team, with great career progression opportunities. What experience you’ll need:Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or experienced Product Manager in a consumer-facing app environmentStrong background in engagement and retention – confident with experimentation, A/B testing, and product analyticsExperience working on apps or platforms that offer support, wellbeing, coaching, or guided user journeysExcellent communication skills – able to collaborate across functions and occasionally present externallyCommercial mindset – comfortable working with KPIs, metrics, and contributing to business growthPassionate about accessibility, inclusion, and tech for goodHappy to work remotely, with flexibility to attend monthly team meet-ups in the South WestWhat you’ll get in return: The salary on offer is c.£75k.
