A fantastic role has come up, working for a boutique, family run Interiors and Design company, based in gorgeous Chelsea offices. The role is supporting the company Founder and the CEO and will cover traditional EA duties as well as exciting special projects, project management and more. The ideal candidate will have a 'no job is too small' mindset and be happy picking up some office management too. They are a non-hierarchical team where everyone mucks in to get the job done. Huge scope to grow in the role and to progress within the boutique team. They are a great team, sociable and fun!
Duties will include:

* Diary management

* Travel bookings - business and personal

* Occasional household tasks and running errands
\t
* Creating meeting agendas
\t
* Taking notes in meetings and sending follow- up action points
\t
* Research tasks
\t
* Project management
\t
* Event coordination
\t
* Some office management duties
