The Role
As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be at the heart of our business, helping clients and suppliers every day. It's a busy role where no two days are the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Handling customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders quickly and accurately
* Keeping our systems up to date
* Supporting the team to meet targets and deliver excellent service

Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (including Maths, English & ICT)
