We are currently recruiting a dedicated and skilled Process Operator to join our client's shift production team in Exeter. This role involves working across all production disciplines, contributing to efficient manufacturing and quality output.\n\nHours in this role includes days and nights, 12 hour shifts.\n\nRole Requirements for this Process Operator position:\n\nOperate blend and press plants to maintain production targets.\nMonitor and uphold quality standards while ensuring efficient resource utilization.\nAdhere to and promote safe working practices.\nRecord and manage production data in systems.\nConduct routine plant maintenance and perform first-level fault-finding.Experience Needed:\n\nPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environment.\nA team player with a "can-do" attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.\nBasic knowledge of plant processes and good problem-solving abilities.Working Hours:\n\nFull Time\n4 on 4 off (Nights included)\n12 Hour ShiftsRenumeration and Benefits:\n\n£30,000 - £35,000\nOvertime Available\nCareer Progression Plan\nEmployee Assistance Programme (support for a range of topics).\nPrivate Medical Insurance.\nEnhanced pension options after 12 months of service (increased employer contributions).\nPersonal growth and development opportunities within the business.\nCycle to work scheme
