Job Description: Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of a project within an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
2. Delivering applications, services, products, or platforms
3. Ensuring appropriate governance, standards, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
4. Responsible for the delivery team within multi-supplier engagements
5. Supporting presales and business development efforts to expand existing business, including producing contractual documentation such as Statements of Work. You may also be involved in supporting bid responses.
6. Motivating and empowering your team to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned with Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications: Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering technology projects in Financial Services; Consultancy experience; Managing and leading delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements; A background in technology with the ability to understand technology solutions, challenges, and future opportunities; Effective communication and negotiation skills; Strong commercial awareness with experience in building client partnerships and business development; Presales and business development experience; Proven ability to build high-caliber delivery teams.
