Over the past 11 years we have grown across Greater Manchester delivering services in Stockport, Salford, Cheshire East, Warrington, and most recently in Halton. In the upcoming years, we plan to extend our services to other local authorities in the surrounding areas. We’re proud to have developed nationally recognised best practice programmes alongside young care leavers.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical CRM Data Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in helping us unlock the full potential of our supporter and programme data to drive engagement, demonstrate impact, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

You’ll take ownership of our CRM system, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and meaningful. Through insightful analysis and collaboration with teams across the charity, you’ll help us better understand our supporters and the impact of our work with care leavers.

* Partner with senior leaders to translate data into strategic decisions that enhance organisational performance and impact.

Reporting & Impact Measurement

* Produce clear, insightful reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and supporter engagement.
