Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reservation Coordinator for our London office. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating temporary housing bookings for international clients, working closely with various housing partners across the EMEA region to secure suitable accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their housing needs.
* Coordinate with housing partners to secure bookings that meet client requirements.
* Resolve any issues during the booking process promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings.
* Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:
