We are seeking an ambitious Sales Administrator to support the Commercial and Digital team at Cogora. This is a newly created role within a fast-paced environment, offering a great opportunity to make an impact. The role will report to the Digital Director.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling essential administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on closing deals. You’ll need exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.

Responsibilities
* Input sales deals into Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records
* Ensure campaign movements are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
* Update and manage product trackers to reflect client bookings
* Chase clients for purchase orders
* Assist Ad Operations with internal and client-facing reports
* Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* A can-do attitude and a team-player mindset
* Understanding of responsible data use, including GDPR compliance
