Social Housing Location:Ares including Aylesbury, Oxford and Swindon Salary: £38,000 van and fuel card Job typr: Permanent We are seeking a qualified Plumber to join our team, carrying out reactive maintenance across social housing properties in Aylesbury, Oxford and Swindon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance to a high standard, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulations.
Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in a timely manner.
Requirements NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing Full UK driving licence.
Previous experience in social housing or a similar environment (preferred).
Company van and fuel card.
Uniform and PPE provided. Permanent role with opportunities for training and development.
