Job Title: Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead

Role Overview: The Reporting Lead will oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, and SCM modules. The role involves managing reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics, leading a team of onshore and offshore resources, and developing a comprehensive reporting strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and guide a reporting team, ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and objectives.
2. Reporting Catalogue Mapping and Gapping: Map current reporting capabilities to Oracle Fusion, identify gaps, and design solutions using Oracle's analytics tools.
3. Customer Workshops and Engagement: Lead workshops to gather requirements, set expectations, and address escalations related to reporting.
4. Reporting Strategy Development: Develop strategies utilizing Oracle's native tools to meet reporting needs, aligning with business goals for standardization and data integrity.
5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with functional and technical leads, maintain communication, and provide updates on reporting progress.
6. Governance and Best Practices: Establish governance for reporting development, promote standardization, and minimize customizations.
7. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify and mitigate reporting risks, resolve escalations promptly.

* Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications and reporting tools.
* Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including offshore and onshore resources.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong project management and analytical skills.
