Care Assistant – Bowood Court Care Home
Pay: £12.85 per hour, up to 44 hours per week, full time, day shifts 7am-7pm. Alternate weekend work required. Located in Redditch.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives—offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands‑on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities.

What we are looking for
* Previous care experience (desirable)
* Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
* Positive and caring attitude (essential)
You will be given a thorough induction into your role via experienced mentors, and receive both online and face‑to‑face training during this time and throughout your career. Our Training Manager and Dementia Manager are available to support any additional training you need.
