This role is all about building strong connections across the business, offering first-class advice on employee relations matters, and giving managers the skills and confidence they need to lead their teams brilliantly.
This isnt a typical people role its a hands-on, people-focused position, working closely with managers to make sure employee relations are handled fairly, consistently, and with plenty of common sense.

What the role involves:
* Building strong, trusted relationships with employees and managers across all teams.
* Providing expert advice and support on a full range of ER issues.
* Coaching and upskilling managers to handle first-line HR matters confidently.
* Supporting the delivery of change projects like workforce planning, role changes, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and relocations.
* Staying ahead of the curve on employment law updates and making sure advice is always spot on.
* Spotting gaps in current policies and leading improvements where needed.
* Creating and rolling out new people policies and processes to keep everything running smoothly.
* Using data and insights to spot trends and feed into wider people initiatives.
* Managing relationships with external partners like legal advisors, occupational health providers, EAP services, and tribunal reps.
