Job Description:
We are looking for a Demand-Led Customer & Neighbourhood Officer to provide a visible, proactive, and responsive neighbourhood management service to our customers. This demand-led role requires flexibility to cover/travel to multiple locations across our property portfolio.
Due to the mobile nature of this role, a full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing neighbourhood services and tenancy issues to ensure high standards and positive customer experiences
* Developing and delivering patch improvement plans informed by customer insight and data analysis
* Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, local authorities, and external agencies
* Encouraging community engagement, supporting local initiatives, and identifying champions for neighbourhood improvements
* Representing Paradigm in external meetings and working collaboratively across teams to deliver holistic neighbourhood management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in housing management or customer service, preferably in a regulated environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
* Confidence in working flexibly across multiple locations and managing competing priorities
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car for business use (essential for this role)
* The ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of delivering outcomes for customers and communities
Office Location: Goldings House, Hatfield + Paradigm Housing Group’s Head Office in High Wycombe.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
2–3 days per week: Travelling within your designated patch or working from our Goldings House office. You will also visit our High Wycombe Head Office occasionally for larger team meetings, training sessions, or other key events.
2–3 days per week: Working from home.

Whilst this is not currently a permanent role, in a business our size and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended, made permanent or other opportunities may arise. However, if something longer-term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience, which will add to your employability in this and similar fields.
