Vehicle Tyre/Wheel Repair Technician In Salisbury
Salary: Around £40,000 uncapped annual on-target-earnings.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

Due to business expansion, our client, one of the UK’s most successful independently owned automotive dealer groups, representing world-class car and motorcycle brands, is launching an exciting new SMART repair venture and is looking for an experienced Tyre/Wheel Repair Technician to join their facility in Salisbury to support alloy wheel refurbishment and tyre repair.
Reporting to the SMART Repair Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Repair and refurbish alloy wheels, including diamond cut wheels
2. Prepare wheels for paintwork and apply paint finishes to a high standard
3. Remove, repair, balance and refit tyres
4. Operate specialist wheel refurbishment machinery
5. Meet and greet customers, manage enquiries and assist with quotes
6. Ensure vehicles, tools and equipment are handled with care and kept safe and clean
7. Adhere to all health, safety and housekeeping standards
To be eligible, you will need to have proven experience in vehicle tyre fitting and alloy wheel refurbishment. You will have a strong attention to detail with pride in your workmanship, be able to work independently while supporting a growing operation, and be committed to health, safety, and outstanding customer care. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
