Area Sales Manager Hard Landscaping and PavingJob Title: Business Development Manager Hard Landscaping and PavingIndustry Sector: Landscaping Products, Landscape Consumables, Landscaping Consumables, Sealants, Garden Products, Hardscape, Paving, Epoxy Grout, Primers, Sealers, Stone Cleaning Products and Stone Enhancement Products, Builders Merchants, Landscaping Distributors, Garden Centres, DIY OutletsArea to be covered: M62 down to the South of BirminghamBased: Ideally MidlandsRemuneration: £35,000-£40,000 Neg. + 10-15% bonusBenefits: EV & full benefits packagesThe role of the Area Sales Manager Hard Landscaping and Paving will involve:Field sales role selling a high quality manufactured and distributed hard landscaping products, such as landscaping consumables products (sealers, primers, epoxy grout, jointing compounds etc.)Selling into 200_ distribution customers, predominantly builders merchants but also landscaping distributors, DIY and Gardening outlets etc.Responsible for a £1m sales ledgerThis role will be predominantly account development as our client is already known within 85% of all potential customers4 days a week on the road vesting customers, one day working from home/ adminCustomers will vary from £5,000 to £120,000 turnoverOnce up and running the long term plan is to add 3-4 new accounts per quarterThe ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Hard Landscaping and Paving with:Must have experience selling into distribution, ideally builders merchants but landscaping distributors, DIY and Gardening outlets etc. All of interestOpen on what building products you have sold in the past as full training on products will be providedMust be a relationship builderBusiness savvyPrior experience of hard landscaping products or consumables is not requiredAble to manage our own patch and work autonomouslyExcellent communicator at all levels with a resilient personalityHungry, driven and dynamicMitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, with an enviable reputation in the marketplace.
