Our client, a leading independent estate agent is seeking an ambitious Land Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven land professional who thrives on sourcing opportunities, building relationships, and securing high‑value development sites.

Based in South Herts you will lead the department, working closely with the company Directors and Sales Managers in targeting new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will come from a Land background with a strong contacts book and be up to date with legislation and planning law.
You must be able to demonstrate a track record in bringing sites to market.
