Assessment and Recovery Officer needed in Wolverhampton Ref CWC 7067 £22.14
We are seeking experienced staff in Revenues and Benefits assessment, billing, and familiar with the Northgate / NEC Revenues and Benefits computer system.
Ideally, the start date would be in August.
The role involves working on a ringfenced backlog in one of the following areas:
1. Revenues (Council Tax Billing and Collection)
2. Benefits (Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support or Discretionary Housing Payments)
Full-time homeworking is available after a short induction and training on procedures and quality assurance.
This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
