We're Hiring: Reservations Manager - Airport Hotel ️
Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join our busy airport hotel team! You'll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our bookings - making sure guests have a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they call or click.
What you'll do:
* Manage room reservations and group bookings
* Work closely with the front desk, sales, food & beverage and housekeeping teams
* Keep systems up-to-date and running smoothly
* Help guests with special requests and ensure top-notch service
What we're looking for:
* Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
* Experience in hotel reservations or front office (preferred)
* Comfortable with booking systems and juggling priorities
* Accor systems experience will be a plus
* A positive, can-do attitude
