Robertson Recruitment are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior operativeto join our growing production team.
As a Lead Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll also support the wider team with training, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 05:00 13:30.
Overtime available.
As Lead Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Production & Warehouse Operations
* Operating and overseeing production machinery to achieve output and efficiency targets
* Managing the day-to-day operation of jar filling and bulk filling lines
* Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials
* Loading and unloading finished goods and raw materials
* Completing Goods In checks, including quality, quantity, and vehicle inspections
* Ensuring finished products are stored and dispatched safely and efficiently
Leadership & Team Support
* Providing day-to-day support and guidance to production operatives
* Training and developing team members
* Supporting production flow and operational efficiency
* Deputising for the Team Leader during periods of absence (with additional payment)
