Were looking for Customer Response Advisors to join our friendly, high-performing Customer Transactions team at Southern Housing, on a part-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Customer Response Manager, youll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, delivering efficient, professional, and inclusive service across all channels. This role is perfect for those with Customer Relations experience, or anyone from an operations background, ready to make an impact.
Based at our Mosaic East office in East Croydon, youll work 20 hours per week (MondayFriday, 10am2pm.)
What youll do:
* Deliver empathetic, solution-focused support, recognising and respecting individual needs and backgrounds
* Handle a wide range of queries from our residents, customers and stakeholders
* Quickly and accurately record all customer contact using our internal systems
* Work collaboratively, staying calm under pressure and resilient in challenging situations
