Production Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay Location: Newhaven | Mon - Thu: 07: 00 - 16:00 | Fri: 07:00 - 13:00 The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis. We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to support our client in Newhaven during a period of increased workload. You will play a key part in supporting the manufacturing workflow within a modern, busy engineering environment. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing high‑quality components. You will be working as part of a skilled production team, contributing to various stages of metal fabrication and assembly. You'll be responsible for: Packing units weighing 5kg to 15kg on an assembly line Maintaining a pace of at least 100 units per day Making up boxes and inner packaging components Supporting sub‑assembly tasks when not packing Assisting with basic mechanical assembly tasks (experience preferred) Requirements Previous experience in an assembly‑line or factory environment is desirable Ability to work at pace and handle repetitive manual tasks Some mechanical assembly experience is an advantage (Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks) Requirements: Right to work in the UK.
