Our General Managers are accountable for the day-to-day running of the store whilst balancing the goals of the Company. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
1. Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
2. Oversee all operational and administrative tasks
3. Motivate, encourage, and inspire your team
4. Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
5. Be an ambassador for our company's sustainability project
