The role of Clinical Lead Nurse is mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work occasional weekends.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
* Uphold the values of the care home and lead the Clinical and Care teams.
* Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
* Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
* Develop and deliver training modules to improve care delivery.
* Provide feedback to the Home Manager on staff performance.
* Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including assessments and liaising with stakeholders.
* Lead team and clinical review meetings.
* Ensure effective and safe clinical practice with the Home Manager and QA teams.

The ideal Clinical Lead will:
* Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and nursing home experience in a senior role
* Have experience in managing or mentoring staff.
* Have worked as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy or Manager within a Care Home.
* Possess people management experience.
* Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
