ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Network Manager to oversee local network design, transportation strategy, service, and cost performance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring carrier performance and service levels across all product categories, reporting deviations from SLAs, and collaborating on corrective actions.
2. Tracking and reporting on service, quality performances, and claims.
3. Serving as the main interface for internal and external customers, developing transportation methods to enhance efficiency and meet delivery requirements.
4. Managing the local transportation budget, analyzing costs, and recommending modifications to align with industry best practices in cooperation with the logistics sourcing department.
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Minimum 5-6 years of experience in transportation management or organized logistics sector.
* Proven knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
* Analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach.
* Experience in companies with large omnichannel distribution (wholesale, retail, e-commerce).
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Willingness to travel for business.
* Experience managing stakeholders in a complex global environment.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels, both internally and with external suppliers.
* Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing complexity and ambiguity.
* Excellent self-management practices.
* Proactive, energetic, and committed.
* Flexible, adaptable, and pragmatic.
