Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Watford

Who are you?
* Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
* A confident individual with good people management skills.
* Adaptable, with a strong work ethic.
* Experienced with small engine machinery.
* Good IT knowledge.
* Possession of a full, clean driving license is preferred.
* PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation.
* Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.
A Glimpse into the Role
* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
* Manage site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
* Operate and oversee the use of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and servicing are recorded.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
