Commercial Property Solicitor / CILEX / Fee Earner - Cirencester - 2-5 Years PQE
Location: Cirencester
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
A well established and expanding law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor, CILEX or Fee Earner to join its busy and growing Property Team in Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters while collaborating closely with experienced specialists in a supportive environment.
The Role
You'll manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
* Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions
* Running files from start to finish, including onboarding, case management, billing and file closure
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties to ensure smooth progression
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, leases and renewals, the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, sales and acquisitions, and easements
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a candidate with:
* 2-5 years\' experience in commercial property work
* Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
* Confidence drafting and negotiating commercial leases and renewals
* Experience advising landlords and tenants on heads of terms
* Experience with sales and acquisitions of commercial property and easements
* Experience in agricultural property, options and overage (beneficial but not essential)
