Cira £70,000 base salary + £140,000+ uncapped OTE
Hybrid – 3 days per week in SW London
Are you a confident new business hunter who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and seeing your own portfolio grow?
This is a newly created role within a fast-scaling B2B intelligence and media business. The company operates across global finance delivering premium subscription-based data and insights to blue-chip clients.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be focused 100% on new business, sourcing, pitching, and closing new logos across a global client base. The exciting part? Every account you win stays with you, meaning you can continue to grow and nurture the relationships you’ve built.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving your own prospecting and pipeline strategy across target accounts.
* Leading consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of Strategy, Business Development, and Market Intelligence).
* Delivering demos and value-led presentations that showcase high-value data and intelligence products.
* Negotiating and closing high-value annual subscription deals (£20k–£45k+ typical value).
* Retaining and expanding your own portfolio of accounts over time.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B new business sales ideally across subscriptions, SaaS, or market intelligence.
* Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to engage senior executives confidently.
* Commercial drive, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
