About the Role We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Frontline Support Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who has experience within 1 st line IT support looking for additional 2 nd line responsibilities or keen to learn and grow in the industry. Key Skills and Experience Ideally experience supporting a Windows 11 desktop user environment in a Microsoft Windows 2019 - 2025 Server infrastructure based in Active Directory Structured approach to problem solving and technical troubleshooting Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and employees Work well within a team and independently Driven Ability to collect and analyse information to solve problems The role is based at our Wakefield office, with an expectation to be in the office full time in the training period.
