Our client a Nottingham Housing association is looking for several full time administrators with experience of appointment setting for an immediate start for their Operational Resource Planner vacancies Salary £12.84 p/h Potential for hybrid working Hours 37h Hours Various shifts between 8- 6pm, Mon- Fri to cover business needs Location NG8, Nottingham This is initially for 3 months (with a possibility to extend for the right candidate ) to work across the Property team to oversee and schedule the workload of trades colleagues and/or contractors Main Duties/Responsibilities For this role, day-to-day duties will include Co-ordinating variable numbers of appointments/or works packages from start to finish ensuring these meet the directorate specific targets. Daily diary scheduling for numerous trades colleague/contractors, producing supplementary documentation as required such as works specification orders. To deal with all unavailable appointment periods by re-organisation of work to other trades colleagues/contractors and negotiation with tenants as required. To deal, on a daily basis with emergency jobs, non-appointed tasks, variations, follow-on jobs, carded, cancelled and suspended jobs, making sure relevant systems are updated. To effectively plan, organise, allocate and alter appointments for trades colleagues/contractors through the appropriate process or system, reporting progress/performance to the line manager. To run service delivery reports as and when required and highlight any operational failures. Skills needed for this role include A minimum of 6 months experience of planning/scheduling works A minimum of 6 months administration background Experience of working in a high pressured/fast paced environment Strong customer service skills - a large part of the role will be speaking with customers over the phone to schedule/reschedule appointments.
