We are looking for a team of Rehab Assistants to join our team.
You must demonstrate the ability to adapt and respond effectively to their varied needs.
You will be supporting a young man in Bury, providing high quality rehab support and supporting him to regain and maintain his independence. Our client needs inspiring and confident team members to support him to enjoy a high quality of life and have fun.
We are seeking good role models for this young man who have a calm and compassionate demeanour, are physically fit and active to keep up with going to the gym and swimming. Our client enjoys playing snooker and would like to go and play crazy golf.
We are seeking active, enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated team players who can think on their feet and who will work under the direction of the MDT to assist the client in achieving his goals. You will need to be empathic and patient, have a genuine desire to help others and at all times treat your client with dignity and respect.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a competent communicator in both verbal and written form and will undertake continual training and professional development.
We are looking for a team of people to cover the whole week 24/7, we are looking for people who will cover day shifts and waking night shifts. You will need to be flexible with your hours to meet client needs.
