We are seeking an experienced care professional to become our next Care Team Leader in Glasgow. This is a permanent, full-time position working alongside our Registered Manager in the leadership and day-to-day management of supported living services.

Candidate Requirements
Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred. Dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a strong track record and ambition to progress are encouraged to apply. Lifeways offers comprehensive training and development opportunities.

* Lead and motivate support workers to deliver person-centred care and support
* Recruit, supervise, and develop staff through interviews and ongoing guidance
* Communicate effectively with staff, service users, and external professionals
