Overview
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will be part of the Health in Justice team at Practice Plus Group, delivering care across over 53 prisons, young offenders, and immigration removal centres.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe and secure medicines management and reconciliation service to the agreed standards.
* Manage prescriptions and interventions, providing face‑to‑face advice to patients.
* Provide continuity of care to patients upon discharge.
* Build strong relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
* Share information relating to medicines optimisations and drug regimes.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment (ideal).
* Relevant post‑qualification pharmacy experience.
* Up‑to‑date with Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
* A driving licence is essential for this role.

Schedule & Salary
Site operates a 4‑week rolling shift pattern: 1–3 long weeks, followed by a short week. Monday to Friday: 07:45‑17:30. Wednesday to Friday: 07:45‑15:00. The annual salary is up to £45,101 per annum, depending on experience.
