Our client, a leading global fintech is seeking highly motivated Complaints Analysts to join its compliance team in London. These are full time, in office roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Thoroughly investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
* Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
* Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
* Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
* Identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and customer service practices.
Requirements:
* At least 2 - 5 years experience in a complaints handling role, preferably within the financial services, fintech/ crypto sectors.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
