Duties as a Business Manager:
10. Actively support and guide the sales team throughout the customer journey
11. Present, explain, and cross-sell finance and insurance products to optimise profit
12. Oversee enquiry management to maximise sales opportunities
13. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
14. Ensure compliance with all FCA, and our clients own dealership standards
15. Mentor and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed targets
16. Manage finance deals including sales, cancellations, and settlements
17. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all activities are compliant and transparent
18. Work closely with the General Sales Manager and sales team to meet profit goals
19. Drive a high level of professionalism and showroom presentation
Requirements for the Business Manager position:
20. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally as a Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive with F&I expertise
21. Strong knowledge of finance products, legislation, and compliance standards
22. Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport with customers
23. Able to lead, mentor and support a team of sales professionals
24. Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
25. Results-driven with a positive attitude and a professional approach
