As part of an exciting period of growth, Evolution Security is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role, based in Marlow, will be to ensure that all service contracts are up to date and in line with company agreements. The role will also provide support to other departments when needed.
Requirements
As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
1. Service contract renewals and Software Support Agreements (plus SSAs for Ireland) while analyzing the profitability of the contracts.
2. Working with the Sales and Project Managers to calculate increases.
3. Determining any additions or reductions to the systems in the past 12-18 months.
4. Sourcing quotes for Third-Party Agreements, Software Support, and Subscriptions.
5. Preparing proposals for new agreements.
6. Invoicing maintenance agreements.
7. Updating the invoicing schedule and resolving invoice queries or raising credit notes.
8. Ordering Third-Party Services sold as part of the maintenance agreements.
9. Ordering Software Support and Subscriptions.
10. Reporting invoicing figures.
11. Providing monthly maintenance forecasts (for UK, Ireland & BV).
12. Adding contracts to and maintaining details on the intercompany system.
13. Generating won & lost reports (for UK, Ireland & BV).
14. Logging maintenance orders on the Order Log for quotes and those prepared by the Sales Team.
15. Calculating increases to call-out rates when appropriate.
16. Checking the input of service invoices onto Greentree and circulating for corrections.
17. Approving supplier invoices.
18. Producing analysis of monthly invoicing.
19. Raising POs, dispatching equipment to suppliers for calibration, and maintaining calibration records.
20. Assisting with SAP project development and preparation for transferring services.
21. Supporting the Admin Team with general queries.
