🔄 6-Month Initial Contract
The role will involve:
* Delivering strategic transformation programmes across the business
* Driving operational efficiency, process optimisation and scalable growth initiatives
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes and business priorities
* Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Operations teams
* Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement across key initiatives
* Leading workshops and stakeholder sessions to support continuous improvement
* Supporting organisational change and helping embed new processes and ways of working
* Translating complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions
* Providing project updates and recommendations to senior leadership teams
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience within transformation, business operations, strategy or growth-focused roles
* A background in management consulting or high-growth businesses
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience delivering cross-functional strategic projects
* A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
