A unique opportunity is available for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a rapidly growing legal practice in North West London. We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support the conveyancing team, working alongside a growing team processing high-value transactions.
This role blends legal and administrative tasks and offers ample scope for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting basic licences and ancillary legal documents
* Preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
* Managing pre- and post-completion tasks
* Coordinating property searches and documentation
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and relevant third parties
* Keeping case files and systems up to date and compliant
Key Requirements:
* A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
* Experience in conveyancing (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
* Clear and confident written and verbal communication
