Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Producer to oversee photography, film, and digital projects from initial brief through to final delivery. The role includes managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with clients, agents, artists, and creative teams, resolving logistical challenges, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to offer strategic, consultative production guidance to both clients and artists.
The ideal candidate will have:
•\tManage projects from brief to final delivery across pre-production, shoot, and post-production
•\tOversee schedules, logistics, international travel, and post-production deliverables
•\tPrepare and manage budgets, negotiate rates, track costs, and approve scope changes
•\tLiaise with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and maintain healthy margins
•\tAct as a key contact for clients, artists, and agents
•\tProvide clear production guidance and maintain strong working relationships
•\tEnsure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
•\tSource and manage crew and production vendors
•\tCoordinate casting, locations, and travel logistics, including legal documentation
•\tSupport a professional and collaborative team culture
•\t3–4 years’ experience in a production or creative agency environment
•\tStrong financial and organisational skills
•\tAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•\tExperience in photography, fashion, film, or advertising production internationally
