Education & Qualification
Essential criteria
1. Educated to NVQ Level 4, BTEC Level Higher National Diploma & Certificate (HND/C) or equivalent level/experience
Knowledge & Experience

2. Experience of event co-ordination/management
3. Experience of working with a Learning Management System
4. Experience of working in a clerical, customer focussed environment
5. Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and provide recommendations from programme evaluations and attendance records
6. Experience of dealing with sensitive and/or complex situations
Desirable criteria
7. Working knowledge of Learning and/or education environment
8. Experience of providing remote support to end users.
