Job Title: Mechanical Technical Services Lead My client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Mechanical Technical Lead, to join the team located in Kings Cross, to work for an established blue-chip contract. The contract is for one of the largest, well know tech companies globally and they are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to look after the building maintenance of their headquarters. As the Mechanical Technical lead, you will assist with the management of the team responsible for all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Responsibilities: * Provide formal supervision to employees.
