Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join a well-established business in Oldmeldrum on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term, stable part-time employment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate financial records

Processing purchase and sales invoices
*
Bank and account reconciliations
*
Managing accounts payable and receivable
*
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
*
Payroll support where required
*
Cash flow monitoring and reporting
*
Liaising with external accountants
*
Ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations
Key Requirements
*
Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
*
Proficient in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Good IT skills, including Excel
*
Ability to work independently
*
Knowledge of UK VAT and basic payroll
Desirable
*
AAT qualification (or working towards)
*
SME experience
